Cosmology has seen enormous progress in recent years, and the standard model of cosmology can explain a large amount of observational and experimental data with only few numbers.
However, these recent developments in large-scale structure bring in new challenges in theoretical modeling. I will describe the recent developments in theoretical modeling of cosmological probes using the gauge-invariant formalism.
