연구내용

우리 연구실은 주사투과전자현미경을 이용한 피코미터 단위의 구조적, 화학적 분석을 통해 산화물이 가지고 있는 다양한 물성의 근본을 연구합니다. 특히, Freestanding한 박막을 얻어내는 기술을 이용하여 기존 3차원 물질이 2차원적인 한계에 가까워질 때 나타나는 새로운 물성을 탐구합니다.
