연구내용
우리 연구실은 단원자층의 2차원 물질과 그 이종 구조에서 나타나는 새로운 물리 현상에 대해서 연구합니다. 특히 나노스케일의 최신 반도체 공정 기술과 광학 측정 방법을 사용하여 2차원 물질의 양자 역학적 특성과 응용 분야를 탐구합니다. 현재 관심 분야에는 2차원 물질의 스핀 및 밸리 특성에 의한 전자 수송, 적층 자성 현상 및 양자 광원 등이 있습니다.
