연구내용

HS-AFM, 단분자 형광기법과 자기 집게 법등의 단분자 기법을 이용하여, 단백질의 구조 동역학을 초고해상도 (< 1 nm), 초고시간분해능 (~ 10 ms) 으로 관찰합니다. 염색체 구성과 염색체와 연관된 생물학적인 현상에 관여하는 단백질들과 생체막 단백질의 구조 동역학을 연구합니다.
