연구내용

우리 연구실은 유전자 발현이 살아있는 동물의 신경망 안에서 어떻게 조절되는지 연구하기 위한 새로운 생물물리학 기술들을 개발하고 있습니다. 광학, 멀티 모달 이미징, 미세 유체 공학, 생화학, 유전 공학 및 정량적 단일 분자 분석을 결합한 다각적인 접근법을 기반으로 아래의 주제들에 관해 연구하고 있습니다.
• Development of non-invasive imaging techniques to probe gene expression in live animals
• Dynamics of transcription and localization of single RNA in the neural network of the brain
• Dynamic remodeling of ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes during the life cycle of RNA
