초박막 산화물 시료 제작과 분광학 분석을 통해 1) 금속-비금속 전이 현상, 2) 원자 단위 내에서의 강유전/플렉소 현상, 3) 특이 위상 상태 등의 새로운 발현 현상 및 물성을 발견
