In symmetry-broken crystalline solids, pole structures of angular momentum textures such as spin and orbital angular momentum, and Berry curvature can emerge, which have been utilized for various electronics and spintronics applications. In this talk, we show that ferroelectricity can couple to unique spin, orbital, and Berry curvature distribution of Bloch electrons, which offers unique nonlinear charge and spin transports. In addition, we also show that the polar lattice distortion plays a similar role in phonon systems; i. e. it induces the phonon Rashba effect, leading to pseudo-angular momentum texture as well as phonon Berry curvature. Our time-dependent DFT and nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulations reveal that the nonlinear electron/phonon Hall transports occur in a controllable manner via ferroelectric switching.
