In this talk, I will present recent progress in nanophotonics and nanobiotechnology. In particular, my group's results including (1) photon-triggered nanowire transistors, (2) single photon sources based two-dimensional materials, and (3) neural recording using syringe-injectable mesh electronics will be introduced.
